How We Deliver
Our Three-Module Approach
Every vocational programme at PTA is structured around three integrated modules — ensuring you leave with a skill, a business mindset, and the confidence to use both.
Practical Skills Module
Core hands-on training (Plumbing, Refrigeration, Computer Repair & more). Delivered in-person, focused entirely on "learning by doing."
Business & Entrepreneurship Module
Mandatory for every student. You will learn how to start and manage your own venture so you can create opportunities, not just look for them.
Local Language Instruction
Most vocational courses in Namibia are taught in English — some even require it as an entry condition. We see this as a barrier to education. While our courses are also taught in English, students who do not speak or understand English can choose to be taught in their local language instead. Language will never be the reason you cannot learn a skill at PTA.
Certificate on Completion
Earn a recognised certificate when you successfully complete your course. No matric or prior qualifications required to enrol.
