Important Hostel Policies

Payment Methods: We do NOT accept cash or wallet payments. All payments must be made via direct deposit or bank transfer only.

Debit Orders & Payment Schedule: Parents are required to set up debit orders for all hostel payments. Monthly fees are due on or before the 1st day of each month following registration and first payment. Hostel fees are payable every month of the academic year including during holidays, from January to November. No payments are required in December.

Student Pick-up Policy: Hostel learners can only be picked up by guardians indicated on this form. The hostel will not release students to any parent or guardian whose information is not on file, unless otherwise arranged and communicated in advance by parents.

Curfew Time: All hostel learners returning from holidays or home weekends are required to report to the hostel no later than 18:00 (6:00 PM).
